S&P futures up 0.6%, near best levels, after US equities finished slightly higher in very quiet trading on Monday. Asian markets mostly higher overnight, though Japan lagged. European markets rallying on Draghi comments. Treasuries stronger across the curve after putting in a mixed performance on Monday. Dollar lagging yen, but firmer vs euro also after Draghi comments, which drew criticism from Trump on Twitter. Gold up 0.7%. WTI crude up 0.4%, reversing earlier weakness that came on top of yesterday's 1.1% decline.
