S&P futures up 0.2%  Asian equities mostly higher overnight, though China only managed a slight gain. European markets flat. Treasuries little changed after yesterday's big curve steepening move. Dollar lagging on the major crosses. Gold up 0.8%.(gold futures on day 12 of 13 with DeMark daily Countdown) WTI crude up 0.3% following a 4.5% rally in prior session.
