Five Thoughts For Monday

May 11, 2020

Thomas Thornton

  • I expect a rotation back to value from growth soon and the YTD breadth in the S&P remains terrible with 100 up and 400 down
  • Bond yields are rising and this was something I've been talking about a lot lately
  • The S&P and Nasdaq are getting pretty late with recent upside DeMark exhaustion Countdowns
  • Despite the "up market" narrative, there has been some brutal chopping going on with some sectors
  • Financials are getting closer to a buy
  • Making some changes to the Trade Ideas Sheet today
