Free Service Publications: Users may terminate receipt at any time by requesting removal from distribution lists. Every notification email includes a removal link, or users may contact info@hedgefundtelemetry.com.

Paid Service Publications: Paid subscriptions typically offer a money-back guarantee within 24 hours. Users must understand the offer terms before subscribing. A $50 service fee applies to refunds. No refunds are issued on monthly or quarterly subscriptions past their renewal charge.

All premium memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payment reminders aren't sent, similar to Netflix or Amazon's policies. To cancel, log into your account to cancel on-site or contact the company before the current billing period ends to disable auto-renewal. Access continues until the current period ends; you then convert to a Free membership. Unsubscribing from email distribution will not cancel a subscription. Refund requests within 5 days of a renewal incur a $50 service fee.

The company reserves the right to terminate a subscription at its sole discretion. It may issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining subscription period or withhold it entirely. Termination may result from a violation of these terms or unauthorized reproduction or rebroadcast of publications or website information.

Prevention of performance by acts of God, public enemy, government actions, fires, floods, epidemics, strikes, the death of our founder, or other circumstances beyond our control excuses performance on a day-to-day basis, proportionally.

If a Sector Notes analyst writer departs, subscribers receive full site access until a replacement is hired. No full or partial refunds apply in this case. Subscribers may cancel and won't be billed for subsequent cycles.

The company and its officers, managers, members, employees, affiliates, consultants, contractors, and third-party providers aren't liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or other damages under contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theories related to use of, or inability to use, the service — even where the possibility of such damages has been disclosed. Your remedy for dissatisfaction is limited to stopping use of the service and seeking a refund per the paid service terms above. Total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action will not exceed the amount you paid for your current calendar year subscription.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company, its current and former officers, managers, members, employees, affiliates, consultants, contractors, third-party content providers, and successors from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs (including attorney fees), or expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these terms; (b) your use of the site or service; (c) any alleged infringement of proprietary or intellectual property rights arising from copying, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing, selling, or unauthorized use of the service; or (d) content you submit.

These Terms follow Connecticut law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and the company consent exclusively to Connecticut state court jurisdiction for any disputes. Both parties waive objections based on personal jurisdiction, conflict of laws, residence, improper venue, or forum non conveniens.

Security measures protect your order information; transactions are processed through gateway providers and are not stored on our servers. Hedge Fund Telemetry LLC collects limited identity-verification information when you subscribe, including your name and email. Personal information is never shared with non-essential outside parties. Limited releases to outside parties are made only to validate fraud prevention, subscriber section access, and credit card charging.
